* An ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE is available for $89 per guest per day if purchased at least five days before your cruise (or $99 if purchased onboard). 

The ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE includes: 

1. Unlimited Beverage Package 

This ultimate beverage package includes all domestic and imported beer and 33 varieties of wine or sparkling wine by the glass plus cordials, liqueurs, aperitifs, cocktails, and mini-bar items.

Cocktails are based on house and select brands, and guests may choose from more than 40 liquors such as Grey Goose, Hendricks, Johnny Walker Black, Ketel One, Glenfiddich, Hennessy, and more (brands rotate and are subject to availability.)

2. Hotel & Beverage Service Fee 

All your hotel and beverage service fees are included with the purchase of the All-inclusive Fare. If you purchased beverages a la carte there is an 18% gratuity added to your purchase.

3. Wi-Fi 

Wi-Fi allows guests to keep in touch with loved ones and share their vacation escapades while globe-trotting through Windstar’s signature small ports of call.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required. 

FINAL PAYMENT: Final Payment is due June 16. 2025.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE: 

Bookings canceled at 121 days or greater from travel will be subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee

120-90 days before commencing travel - Full Deposit is non-refundable

89-60 days before commencing travel - 35% of gross fare is non-refundable

59-30 days before commencing travel - 50% of gross fare is non-refundable

29-0 days before commencing travel - 100% of gross fare is non-refundable

Please note: A minimum of 10 travelers is required. It is recommended you do not purchase your flights until we have reached our minimum group number. If this trip is canceled due to a lack of participants (which is unlikely), all funds will be refunded. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Guests are required to have travel insurance covering all dates of travel, meeting the minimum levels listed below, and covering:

• Trip Interruption: Cost of the trip (including air)
• Trip Delay: $150/day, $750 total per person
• Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation: $100,000 per person
• Medical Expense: $25,000 per person

It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance within 14 days of your initial trip deposit, to take advantage of any pre-existing conditions waivers and the option to upgrade your insurance to a “Cancel For Any Reason” policy.  International Yoga Travel can assist you in purchasing travel insurance, or you can purchase your own here. While International Yoga Travel has their preferred travel insurance providers they have been working with for years, you are welcome to purchase travel insurance through whichever insurance company you prefer.

October is a wonderful time to visit Tahiti. It's still in the dry season, with less humidity, and the skies are generally clear. The weather ranges between lows at night in the 60s and highs during the day in the low 80s, and the water temperatures should be in the low 80s. There are also fewer tourists as it's just outside of Tahiti's peak season. For all of these reasons, October is the perfect time to visit the French Polynesian islands. 

The general shipboard style is elegant but relaxed, including jeans and Bermuda/ walking shorts. 

Here's a general guidelines for how and what to pack.

Clothing:

1. Lightweight, Breathable Clothing:
   • Shorts, lightweight pants, skirts, dresses (for women)
   • Short-sleeve and long-sleeve shirts (lightweight and breathable fabrics like cotton or linen)
   • Swimsuits and cover-ups
2. Warmer Layers for Cooler Evenings:
   • Light sweater or jacket (for cooler evenings)
   • Long pants or jeans (in case of cooler weather or for onboard evenings)
3. Comfortable Walking Shoes:
   • Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes for shore excursions
   • Sandals or flip-flops for onboard and beach days
4. Rain Gear:
   • Lightweight rain jacket or poncho (while October is still within the dry season, Mother Nature follows no rules and rain is always an option).
5. Formal Attire (optional):
   • Guests are welcome to dress as they please with the exception of no swimwear in all public lounges and restaurants and no clothing with offensive language or graphics that distract from the comfort and well-being of others. 
   • For men - nice slacks, polo shirts, button-down shirts, shoes other than athletic shoes. Designer denim jeans without rips or holes or are multi-colored are also acceptable. Sport coats are optional. Ties are not needed. For women - nice pants, skirts, tops, casual dresses, sundresses, nice sandals or casual shoes, and designer denim dress jeans not ripped or multi-colored or having holes. Blazers are optional.

Accessories and Essentials:

1. Sun Protection:
   • Reef-safe sunscreen
   • Hat with a brim or cap
   • Sunglasses
2. Personal Items:
   • Toiletries and medications
   • Seasickness medication (if needed)
3. Electronics:
   • Camera or smartphone for capturing memories
   • Chargers and adapters
4. Travel Documents:
   • Passport
   • Cruise itinerary and booking confirmations
   • Travel insurance details
5. Miscellaneous:
   • Day pack or small bag for excursions

Windstar's Star Breeze offers daily fitness classes, which include Pilates, yoga, and functional stretching. There may also be additional yoga classes offered in addition to those offered onboard.

There are no required vaccinations or visas for travel to this destination at t his time.
